Understanding Spiritual Depression

Dear Beloved Hearts,

I would like to share that all healers and spiritual teachers can also experience Spiritual Depression. 

This is due to artificial judgments we place upon ourselves. This symptom has little to do with DNA or ancestral, but everything about whether we place our mind in our heart.

Understand that the origin of all depression stamps from artifical judgements placed upon us by families, society, employers, authorities, and our own ego.

The harder we try to live up to artificial expectations, the faster and deeper we spiral into disappointment and despair.

At some point, despite all the spiritual practices, we will feel inadequate as we feel our lives spiral out of control. It feels like all the work comes to nothing and pointless, then we continue with inner judgment…. endless negativity takes control.

You are now offered to heal your 3rd eye.

Stand in the sun, allow the golden energies to cleanse and rebalance your 3rd eye. 

Let your Pineal Gland, once cleansed and activated by the sun, remind you of the Divine Intelligence and Presence of all that you are.

Do this as long as you can under the sun…. Fill yourself with golden light and return to the pearl behind your heart.
